2009-2010 NCAA Ticket Policy
Home of the Gopher Takedown Booster Club

The policy has been developed to try and bring a stable approach and to let fans and boosters know where they will sit in our booster section.

1. The first 60 tickets will be for coaches, family members, support staff, and administrators.

2. The second 60 tickets will be allotted to the wrestlers families (6 per qualifier). These will need to be paid for prior to the mass mailing in February.
    A. If wrestler’s or wrestling families want additional tickets they will be on a first come – first serve basis depending on when their monies are received.
    B. Only six seats will be allotted each member – you will not be able to allot the six tickets to other families.
    C. They will have a choice of if they all want to sit together if more than 6 family members want to be seated together it will be when their monies were received.

3. The last 60 allocation is for boosters/VIP’s that donate to our program.
    A. $1,000.00 or more – right to purchase 2 tickets
    B. $2,000.00 or more – right to purchase 4 tickets
    C. $5,000.00 or more – right to purchase 10 tickets
This section’s tickets are allocated only to boosters who donate to our program.

4. The first 180 seats are allocated to the above. In the case of these seats not all being taken prior to mailing of tickets, the entire group will move forward. (Example – if only 135 of the first 180 seats are used, then the 1st person who has sent their money in becomes # 136).

5. Boosters can buy 4 tickets per each ‘one’ Takedown Membership.

6. If a group wants to sit together, all of the money, applications and all of the memberships must be received together.

7. If the booster is a donor or VIP and they want more than the allotted limit, they can choose to split up with some in lower section and the balance in the order that they were received.

8. All seating after the first 180 will be based on the application and money received dates. We will date stamp each application.

9. If someone prefers the less expensive seats and if when sending in their money they are the first monies received – they will be in the front of that section based upon the date the money was received.

10. All tickets will come with a cost of $50.00 each ticket – this will include:
        A. NCAA Shirt
        B. Wrist Band (for socials)
        C. Admission to Friday & Saturday night socials

11. The tickets will be mailed out in time to eliminate any delivery problems.

12. The Seating committee will do the seating charts these will be:

Luke Becker
Al Palmer
Ron Ackerman

The intent here is to provide a check and balance system in what we are doing.

13. The costs of our socials have risen dramatically and the funding hasn’t kept pace with the expenditures. This year costs with Tee Shirts and wrist bands have the intent to continue to make our socials the best! By taking these steps we want people to come – but they have to pay $25.00 per night.

14. If you are seated in a less expensive section the difference in ticket price will not be refunded to you.
